Gaim-TeX

WTF?

Enables you to use LaTeX markup in IM-conversations. (esp. useful when debating about mathematical problems)

How does it work?

Easy (haha), parses message uses blahtex to render the image, displays the image within conversation.

Usually just save the gaimtex.so file in ~/.gaim/plugins/, get blahtex (and dependencies) and enable the plugin in gaim.

Ubuntu (Blahtex included)

It should possibly compile (although i doubt blahtex will compile there). Therefore nope, sorry folks.

Mac?

Should compile, but we've got Adium-TeX as well.
