The retry option only applies to situations where wput assumes that it might 
be possible to get the upload done by retrying. But in your case Wput assumes 
the "426 Error creating file." to be a permanent error.
In your case it seems to be a problem with your ftp-server as i found this on 
the internet, which might help solving the problem:
