Hey there,
   Rather than trying to read your source file, I have a quick question if you have time.  I am trying to use your windows version of this program on Windows XP machine.   I need to ftp through a proxy server which requires authentication.  Which is why I am attempting to use your program with a wputrc configuration file.  The issue I have is that it is not clear to me what to name this file or where to put this file.  my directory structure is as follows...
C:\TEMP\wputrc
C:\TEMP\wput.exe (renamed from the wput-0.4.1.exe)

can you please update your docs on how to use the resource/configuration file as far as name/location/command line syntax if any.
