AW: Troubles with wput-0.4w32

Hallo
 
wie kann ich den socket timout Ãndern? ich habe das auch mit Ethereal abgecheckt und da passiert ab sekunde 32 nichts. keine kommunikation. null datenpaket - von wegen retransmit oder so. Hast Du mal versucht das Problem nachzustellen oder kannst Du es zumindest mal versuchen? Scheint ein generelles Problem zu sein. Ich connecte z.b. zu einem Server bei vserver.de. Dieser lÃuft unter SuSE 9.0.
 
Gibt es wirklich Lehrer die solch eine Leistung Ãberhaupt einschÃtzten bzw. bewerten kÃnnen oder gibt das StandardmÃssig gleich 15 punkte, weil sie keine Ahnung haben? *G*

	Kann gut sein, dass 6 Minuten das Socket-Timeout ist (300 Sekunden). Das wÃrde
	bedeuten, dass der FTP-Server die Datensocket nicht schlieÃt (oder das
	schlieÃ-Paket nicht ankommt), wenn der Datentransfer beendet ist. Eigentlich
	sollte er schlieÃen und ne Message schreiben, dass der Transfer fertig ist.
	Was du machen kannst ist das Timeout niedriger setzen.
	Wegen dem wputrc file: Also wput prÃft zuerst c:\wput.ini und schaut danach
	noch ob die Datei %WPUTRC% (sofern gesetzt) existiert. Im doc-directory
	findet sich ein Sample-File, dass genutzt werden kann. Dort befinden sich
	auch entsprechende Dokumentationen.
	
	Termin fÃr wput-0.5 ist noch vor Weihnachten, weil das Projekt als besondere
	Lernleistung in mein Abi gehen wird und ich das bis Januar fertig haben muss
	und vorher aber noch ne public-testing-phase brauche.
