wputrc

Hi,
I'm using your famous wput (Windows platform).
I read documentation (http://itooktheredpill.dyndns.org/wput/lxr/source/doc/) very carefully, after all I have a question:
 
How can I define a proxy server and port (parameters --proxy-user=NAME and --proxy-pass=PASS can be used)
and/or
How can I bend wput to apply wputrc config file?
