No, it's using the unix touch command, and it's certainly not in the ftp armory.

I have no need for it now; I was wanting it for a synchronisation problem and I've decided to mod the dates at the local end; much easier!

Could you give me a hint to the appropriate ftp-command, because it is
certainly not in the list of standart-rfc command codes...
