wput bug

Hi !

I try to use your wput utility.
I have an ftp account with password, which include @ symbol.
If I try to put url as ftp://username:pass@word@hostname/path/to/file, wput
tell me, that it can't determine IP address. If I try to url encode pasword
as pass%40word, wput tries to put it to the ftp server without url decoding.
That is why authentication failed.
