Hi.
You can specify command-line-flags (--reupload, --dont-continue) to force wput
to overwrite the remote file also if it already exists. (See
USAGE.resumehandling). If you need to delete the file beforehand this would
be more difficult.
A scripting mechanism for such cases is planned for future version, but i have
nearly no time left for wput anymore...
